Dressing is as important as the salad. Dressing is what utlimately makes the salad work. It's the orchestral finale.

You can have a great salad recipe, but if the dressing is bottled or pre-packaged crap, your salad, no matter how wonderful the ingredients, goes down with the dressing. Bottled and prepackaged dressings also often contain unhealthy ingredients. Unhealthy and un-tasty! So what's the catch? Why do people use them? Convenience you say? Too hard to make your own dressing? Well, I'm here to tell you that's a fallacy.
